<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinked microgel-containing thermosetting plastic composition, to provide a production method therefor, and to provide use thereof in production of a molding or a coating. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoset plastic composition containing at least one thermosetting plastic material (A), and at least one crosslinked microgel (B) having a 5-500 nm average primary diameter.
