<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, etc. that directly recognizes the condition of spatiotemporal propagation of a heart mechanical excitation by using motion information of the heart wall analyzed three-dimensionally, provides analyzable information, and mainly supports the diagnosis of ischemic heart disease or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes tissue motion information generation means of generating first tissue motion information over a first period using a first volume data group as a plurality of pieces of volume data gathered over the first period with a first time as a reference; propagation information generation means of performing processing for detecting the position of a peak region having a peak in the first tissue motion information at predetermined time for each time, and generating first excitation propagation information showing temporal transition of the peak region detected at each point of time; and display means of displaying the first excitation propagation information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
