<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support proper opening of a phase advance capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: A phase advance capacitor opening support system comprises measuring instruments 2 which are disposed at a plurality of spots of a distribution line 100 and measure voltages, a capacitor database 31 which stores capacitor information such as the capacitances of phase advance capacitors SC or the arrangement positions thereof, a history database 33 which stores a history of negotiations, about opening of the phase advance capacitors SC, with customers managing the phase advance capacitors SC, and a selection task 36 for selecting, on the basis of a system diagram of distribution lines, voltages sent from a transformer station 101, the measurement results from the measuring instruments 2, calculation requirement data such as capacitor information in the capacitor database 31 and the negotiation history in the history database 32, a phase advance capacitor SC for which opening is required in order to maintain the voltage of a distribution system at a predetermined value and of which the opening is not refused by the customer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
