<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging/discharging system that does not require a user to reset a discharge setting value of an electric vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The charging/discharging system includes: an electric vehicle 10; and a charging/discharging device 20 connected to a commercial power grid 43. The charging/discharging device 20 includes a system power monitoring device 24 for obtaining measured values of voltage and frequency of power outputted by the charging/discharging device 20 to a power line of the commercial power grid 43 during discharge of a battery 11. During a period of time when the charging/discharging device 20 performs discharge of the battery 11, setting values (discharge setting values) of the voltage and frequency of the power outputted by the charging/discharging device 20 to the power line of the commercial power grid 43 are controlled on the basis of the measured values obtained by the system power monitoring device 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
