POLY-THIOPHENE BASED ORGANIC PHOTOVOLTAIC DEVICES WITH CONDUCTING ADDITIVE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

<p>PURPOSE: A polythiophene based organic photovoltaic device including a conductive additive and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain high light conversion efficiency by introducing a polythiophene based conductive polymer. CONSTITUTION: A p-type layer(200) is a hole injecting layer and is formed by coating a glass substrate with a conductive organic additive. A photoactive layer(300) is formed by coating the hole injecting layer with a mixture of polythiophene and the conductive organic additive. An n-type layer(400) is formed on the photoactive layer. A cathode layer(500) is formed by coating the n-type layer with metal.</p>
