PURPOSE: An advertisement providing device of a mobile application and a method thereof are provided to expose an advertisement of various applications, thereby increasing exposure frequency of the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: When a downloading signal of a selected application is received from a mobile device, a matching unit searches one or more advertisements from an advertisement database in response to execution of the application(S100). A priority determination unit selects one or more advertisements corresponding to predetermined priority information(S102). A transmission unit transmits one or more selected advertisements to the mobile device(S104).
