PURPOSE: A length adjusting apparatus which makes a click sound is provided to enable a user to recognize cancellation of a locked state when adjusting the length of a stick with multi-stage connection member. CONSTITUTION: A length adjusting apparatus which makes a click sound comprises: a sleeve(220) which foldably connects a plurality of connection members, is attached to the end portion of n inner connection member, and has a micro-concave-convex formed in a columnar direction; a support(240) comprising a fixing axis which is inserted to the inner diameter of the inner connection member, a coupling groove which is coupled with the sleeve, and a screw-shaped shaft with a screw thread; and a stopper which has a plurality of pressing pieces which is split by a slot and micro-concave-convex which is arranged on a slope in a columnar direction.
