PURPOSE: A content information sharing device and a method thereof are provided to maintain content information between terminals by sharing the content information after managing groups sharing the information. CONSTITUTION: A group information management unit(310) manages group information in a group including a plurality of terminals sharing content. A terminal authenticating unit(320) authenticates a terminal by determining the inclusion of the group information. A history information requesting unit(330) requests history information to a cloud storage by the terminals. A history information transmitting unit(340) receives the history information from the cloud storage. The history information transmitting unit transmits the history information to the terminal.
