PURPOSE: A water scaler is provided to completely remove dental plaque and to ensure comfortableness without vibration and noise. CONSTITUTION: A water scaler comprises: a solenoid valve(20) which opens and closes a water inlet pipe(10) for water supply; a reciprocating piston type motor which is driven by a control signal from a controller; a pulsating pump(30) which generates high pressure and pulsation by connection with the motor; a hand piece(50) which is connected to the pulsating pump by a hose, controls pressure of highly compressed water, transfers the highly compressed water to an oral tip, and functions as a handle; the oral tip(60) which is coupled at the upper end portion of the hand piece and comprises a tightening and coupling member; and the controller which controls the number of rotation of the motor.
