<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut processing machine for food, working in such a way that: a food is mechanically horizontally cut without being impaired in appearance, and an ingredient is efficiently put in between the resultant food pieces. <P>SOLUTION: The cut processing machine basically includes: an upper-tier chuck 3 for holding the upper part of a food; a lower-tier chuck 4 for holding the lower part of a food; a cutting part 6 for cutting a food; a putting part for putting an ingredient to a food; and a part 8 for joining the cut surfaces of food pieces together. In this machine, the cutting part 6 works so as to cut a food into upper and lower pieces in a state with the food held by the upper- and lower-tier chucks 3 and 4; the putting part works so as to apply an ingredient onto either or both of the respective cut surfaces of the upper and lower pieces of a food held respectively by the lower-tier chuck 4; and the part 8 works so as to join together the respective cut surfaces of the upper and lower parts of a food held respectively by the upper-tier and lower-tier chucks 3 and 4 after putting an ingredient onto the cut surface of the food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
