摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous detection of charging completion to a battery and to improve reliability of charging completion detection of a charging berth installed at various places. <P>SOLUTION: When the charging completion to the battery is determined on the basis of an energizing state of an outlet 26 obtained from an energization monitoring section 14 and an input state of energization stop signals obtained from signal output means 18 of a charging control section 16, charging completion detection means 13 detects the charging completion when the energizing state of the outlet 26 is a cutoff state and the input state of the energization stop signals is inactive. That is, the charging completion is detected when recognizing not the energization cutoff of the outlet 26 in the middle of charging to the battery but the energization cutoff of the outlet 26 when the battery is fully charged. Thus, the erroneous detection of the charging completion to the battery is prevented, and the reliability of the charging completion detection is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
