摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote further reduction in weight while maintaining current strength. <P>SOLUTION: In a through anchor 1, the periphery of a webbing insert hole 2b of an metal plate 2 provided with a bolt insert hole 2a and the webbing insert hole 2b is covered with a resin. A flange 2c is formed at the outer peripheral part of the metal plate 2 and a peripheral part of the bolt insert hole 2a. At least part of the flange 2c is made to be exposed to a resin mold part 3 covered with the resin. The resin mold part 3 is formed to prevent a webbing 13 inserted in the webbing insert hole 2b from contacting with the metal plate 2 when used by a crew riding on a vehicle. A predetermined strength is available using a metal plate which is thinner than a sheet of plate, and, in addition to weight reduction in the through anchor, the usage of resin is reduced, for a further reduction in weight. Even in the case in which the head of a crew bumps against the through anchor when an impact is applied sideways, the flange part is subjected to plastic deformation for absorbing impact, resulting in improved safety. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
