<p>This invention relates to novel substituted 4,5-diamino-3-alkyloxy- cyclohex-1-ene carboxylic acids, esters thereof or pharmaceutically acceptable salts and/or hydrates, to novel antiviral medicines - inhibitors of the activity of neuraminidase of the influenza virus, pharmaceutical compositions and also to methods for the production and use thereof. Compounds of general formula 1, where R1 is hydrogen, C1-C7alkyl, C2-C7alkenyl or C2-C7alkynyl, optionally substituted Cз-C6cycloalkyl, phenyl, pyridyl or C1-C3alkoxy; R2 is hydrogen; -NH2; or optionally substituted C1-C5alkynyl, selected from -CН2ОН, -CH2-NH2, -CН=CН2, -CН=CНC1, -C=CН, -CH2F, -CHF2, -CF3, -CH2CF3, cyclo-C3Н7, -CF2CF2CF2CF3, -CF2CF2CF2CHF2 or -CF2CF2CF2CF2CF3,are proposed.</p> |
