PURPOSE: A super-resolution video bit stream analyzing device is provided to reduce unnecessary time by analyzing an encoded video bit stream of a super-resolution video. CONSTITUTION: A video decoder(103) extracts texture information by decoding a video bit stream. An interface(102) displays encoding information and an original image of a video by using original information and the encoding information. The interface displays the extracted texture information according to the need. Encoding information database(104) stores the encoding information derived through a decoding process. A super-resolution video is provided in a YUV type.
