<p>PURPOSE: A polymorphism marker for a diagnosis of Korean beef meatiness and a diagnosis method of Korean beef meatiness contribute to the farmhouse income increase by improving the capability of the Korean beef meatiness through the enhanced selection intensity and the planned breeding. CONSTITUTION: A polymorphism (SNP) marker for Korean beef meatiness diagnosis comprises the polynucleotide including at least one nucleotide or its complementary polynucleotide. The nucleotide is the 86th nucleotide of the sequence number 1, the 251st nucleotide of the sequence number 2, and the 251st nucleotide of the sequence number 3. The diagnosis of meatiness diagnoses the marbling score and the content of the unsaturated fatty acid. The polymorphism (SNP) marker for the Korean beef meatiness diagnosis has at least one genotype selected from the group consisting of the AA genotype of the 86th nucleotide of the sequence number 1, the TT genotype of the 251st nucleotide of the sequence number 2, and the GG genotype of the 251st nucleotide of the sequence number 3.</p> |
