<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of ice making by preventing the propagation of phase change of a piping surface to a piping interior, and preventing freezing in piping or an apparatus interior. <P>SOLUTION: In the device for making sherbet-like ice by releasing a supercooled state of supercooled water produced in a supercooler by heat exchange with a refrigerant, a cover 32 is provided surrounding the periphery of a connection flange 16 of piping 10 passing therein supercooled water. In the cover 32, a filling material 35 stored inside covers the entire outer surface of the flange 16. Consequently, the cover 32 and the filling material 35 function as, so to say, a barrier, and even if moisture in air becomes frost 34 adhering to piping 10a, 10b outer circumferences, the propagation of phase change of the piping 10 exterior to the piping 10 interior can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
