<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle inspection and maintenance system for more shortening an inspection and maintenance time by achieving the simplification and efficiency of a work. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel terminal is used for at least one of a terminal 4 for factory and a terminal 6 for customer, and the terminal 4 for factory to which the inspection result information of a vehicle classified into at least three stages of maintenance to be required, maintenance to be recommended, and maintenance to be unrequired for each inspection item has been input successively transmits the inspection result information to the terminal 6 for customer and a terminal 5 for front desk. The terminal 6 for customer successively displays the inspection result information.
