<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for enabling the purchase/sale of merchandise/service which is more convenient than conventional technologies for both a consumer and a marketing business person, by achieving the convenience of both electronic money and the other settlement means. <P>SOLUTION: A user registers the card ID of his or her own electronic money card 11 in a central server device 18 by using a user terminal device 12. Afterwards, the user logs in a user page by using the user terminal device 12, and purchases the room entry ticket of a pay smoking room by credit card settlement. The purchased room entry ticket is registered in the central server device 18, and the data on which is synchronized with a local server device 16. When the user touches a data reader/writer 13 installed in the pay smoking room with the electronic money card 11, a store terminal device 14 acquires the data on the room entry ticket from the local server device 16, and after performing toll collection from electronic money as necessary, the store terminal device 14 instructs a gate opening/closing control device 17 to open the gate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
