<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form at low cost a spiral core for a rotary electric machine which can be machined into a spiral shape appropriately even when forming a coil through centralized winding around teeth of a stator core. <P>SOLUTION: A strip-shaped steel plate 21 for forming a spiral core for a rotary electric machine includes a yoke 22 which extends in one direction and teeth 23 which are formed at equal intervals in one terminal portion of the yoke 22 in the width direction. Three notches 24 (e.g., 24a1-24a3) are formed at equal intervals at positions in the terminal portion, where the teeth 23 are formed, of the yoke 22 and at positions between the teeth 23 adjacent to each other. Then, oblique sides 26, 27 which are confronted to each other, of the notch 24 are overlapped to each other, thereby machining the strip-shaped steel plate 21 into a desired spiral shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
