PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisy both of securement of security of credit management and simplification of a procedure or configuration necessary for authentication.

SOLUTION: A management device 30 includes: a first authentication unit 321 acquiring a result of first authentication using identification information UID_IN; and a management unit 324 generating authenticated information A of a user when the authentication is affirmed. The game device 26 includes: a storage unit 542 storing a used credit number CB; and a reception unit 560 receiving input of the identification information UID_IN. When the authenticated information A of the user corresponding to the identification information UID_IN is generated, transfer of a credit between a held credit number CA in a storage device 14 and the used credit number CB in the storage part 542 is permitted.
