PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable more accurate charge control.

SOLUTION: A vehicular charging wire communication apparatus includes: a first terminal to send and receive a charge control signal; a second terminal to receive the power supply from the external power supply; a separating means to separate the signal component different from the charge control signals input to the first or second terminal; and a control means that corrects the duty ratio of the charge control signal and does the charge control based on the after correction duty ratio that is corrected. The control means determines whether the separating means separates the signal component input to which terminal among the first terminal and the second terminals, and decides the correction level to the duty ratio according to the determination result.
