<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device and a ventilation system capable of saving ventilation energy regardless of seasons throughout the year. <P>SOLUTION: The ventilation device includes a ventilation device control means 30 which ventilates by switching a heat exchange mode for opening a heat exchange route R2 and a bypass mode for opening a bypass route R3 according to an environmental condition determined based on a detection value of an outdoor temperature sensor 21 and a detection value of an indoor temperature sensor 22. The ventilation device control means 30 performs precedent drive control on a supplied air blower 2 to obtain a ventilation volume set value being a target value of the ventilation volume based on an environmental condition and performs either a supplied air precedence operation for performing drive control on a discharged air blower 3 according to the outdoor air intake volume detected by a supplied air volume detection means 33 or a discharged air precedence operation for driving the supplied air blower 2 according to a discharged air volume detected via a discharged air volume detection means 36 by performing precedence control on the discharged air blower 3 to obtain a ventilation volume set value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
