A touch device, which comprises: a sensing unit which is used for sensing currently executed touch operation; a detection unit which is electronically connected with the sensing unit and is used for detecting a current sample value corresponding to the currently executed touch operation; an identification analysis unit, which identifies the currently executed touch operation according to the current sample value to obtain an identification result, and generates an identification control signal; a power supply control unit which comprises a power supply and a power supply mode with a plurality of energy consumption levels, and controls the power supply to enter the power supply mode at a corresponding energy consumption level according to the identification control signal; and an adaptive unit which starts to time when the power supply control unit receives the identification control signal, if the power supply control unit does not receive a new identification control signal after exceeding a time threshold, transmits a signal for reduced energy consumption level to the power supply control unit. Correspondingly, the inventor of the embodiment of the invention also provides a touch device adaptive method; and the power consumption of the touch device is reduced effectively.
