<p>Provided in the present invention is a semiconductor photoelectric power conversion system comprising: a substrate and multiple photoelectric power converter modules. The multiple photoelectric power converter modules are serial-connected and/or parallel-connected therebetween to implement expansion of voltage and/or power. The photoelectric power converter module further comprises: an isolation layer, which is transparent for a working light of the photoelectric power converter module, one or multiple electric-photo conversion structures formed on the isolation layer, used for converting an electric energy input into the working light for emission, and one or multiple photoelectric conversion structures formed on the isolation layer, used for converting the working light into a power output, where the absorption spectrum of the photoelectric conversion structures and the emission spectrum of the electric-photo conversion structures are spectrally matched therebetween. The system has the advantages of a simple structure, and flexible expandability of voltage and power.</p> |
