PURPOSE: A fryer for easily removing animal oil is provided to reduce cholesterol with using only vegetable oil by removing the animal oil from foods to be fried. CONSTITUTION: A fryer for easily removing animal oil comprises a body part(210), a partition wall(220), an oil removing device(240), a sensor part, a control part(270), a display part(280), and a cooling device. The body part comprises a receiving part(212), a heating panel, and a discharge part(202). The partition wall comprises a cooling coil(120) which is formed on the inner circumference of a circulation hole to circulate water. The oil removing device is arranged in a space part of the partition wall and removes the animal oil. The sensor part controls the level of a medium received in the body part. The control part is arranged above the body part to control components for drying meats or poultries. The display part is arranged in one side of the body part to check the circulation state of water. The cooling device supplies a refrigerant to operate the cooling coil. |
