PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an electroluminescent device is provided to form a light-emitting layer and an insulation layer with a single process by using a prepolymer composition containing phosphor powder, thereby improving light-emission uniformity of the light-emitting layer without a separate process and forming uniform interface thickness between the light-emitting layer and the insulation layer. CONSTITUTION: An electroluminescent device includes: a first transparent substrate(110); a first electrode(120) formed on the transparent substrate; a light-emitting layer(131) and an insulation layer(132) formed on the first electrode and by projecting UV(Ultraviolet) rays on a prepolymer composition(130) containing phosphor powder; and a second electrode(140) formed on the insulation layer.
