PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a flat panel display device are provided to improve the lifetime of a blue light emitting layer by including an electron transport layer of a multilayer structure. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting layer(250) is interposed between a first electrode(220) and a second electrode(290). An electron transport layer(260) is interposed between the light emitting layer and the second electrode. The light emitting layer includes a blue light emitting layer. The electron transport layer includes at least one unit. The unit includes a first single layer(261a), a first mixture layer(263a), a second signal layer(265a), a second mixture layer(267a), and a third single layer(269a).
