<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate roller eccentricity by performing analysis of the roller eccentricity during rolling time in addition to analysis of the roller eccentricity during non-rolling time. <P>SOLUTION: During the non-rolling time, a roller eccentricity elimination control value A is set by analyzing the roller eccentricity. During the rolling time, at first, roller eccentricity elimination control is performed based on the control value A. Thereafter, when a predetermined period is exceeded, a roller eccentricity elimination control value C is set by analyzing the roller eccentricity while rolling, based on a rotation angle of a pair of backup rollers, rolling load, and a distance between work rollers measured by a rolling machine, and a plate thickness actual value of a steel sheet measured by a thickness gage, and the set roller eccentricity elimination control value C is reflected on the control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
