<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger fin, a heat exchanger and an air-conditioning device capable of limiting generation of odors while limiting increase of resistance to air flow and scattering of condensation in the heat exchanger. <P>SOLUTION: A fin 5 of an indoor heat exchanger 41 of an air-conditioning device 1 includes an aluminum substrate 8, a hydrophilic layer 6, and a corrosion resistant layer 7 provided between the aluminum substrate 8 and the hydrophilic layer 6. The contact angle for water at the surface of the hydrophilic layer 6 is 50 degrees or less and the water content in the hydrophilic layer 6 per 1 dm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>of the surface of the hydrophilic layer 6 is 400 mg/dm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
