<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet deposition apparatus for cooling at least one of a drive circuit means and an actuator means. <P>SOLUTION: The droplet deposition apparatus includes: at least one droplet ejection unit having a plurality of fluid channels disposed side by side in a row, an actuator means, a drive circuit means which supplies a drive electric signal to the actuator means, and a plurality of nozzles; one or more fluid conduit pipe(s) which carries a fluid to the plurality of fluid channels of the at least one droplet ejection unit; one or more fluid conduit pipe(s) of cooling-agent which is another conduit pipe for carrying a cooling-agent fluid and is sufficiently close to at least either of the drive circuit means and the actuator means so that at least part of the heat generated upon ejection of droplets is moved to the cooling-agent fluid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
