METHOD FOR PREPARING POLYMETHYLENE POLYPHENYL POLYAMINO FORMATE

A method for preparing polymethylene polyphenyl polyamino formate is provided, which is carried through the condensation of phenylaminoformate with methylating reagent under the catalyzation of phase-transfer acidic catalyst. The method comprises: dissolving phenylaminoformate in water-immiscible organic solvent to form solution A; confecting acidic catalyst water solution to form solution B; forming the reaction system comprising water phase and organic phase at first through adding methylating reagent to solution B and then mixing solution A and solution B or through adding methylating reagent at the same time of mixing solution A and solution B or after mixing solution A and solution B; the reaction system carrying through reaction at the reaction temperature of 30°C to 200°C and at the reaction pressure of 0.05MPa to 5MPa under stirring; separating polymethylene polyphenyl polyamino formate product mixture through allowing the organic phase and the water phase to stand still and layer. The method can realize the high selectivity and yield of the product and is easy to separate the product.
