<p>A gear-synchronised vibrating stirrer with two horizontal axes, comprising a framework (6), a stirring transmission device, a vibration transmission device, a vibrating stirring device, a stirring driving mechanism (4) and a vibration driving mechanism (7), the stirring driving mechanism (4) and the vibration driving mechanism (7) being provided on the left and right ends of the vibrating stirring device respectively. The vibrating stirring device comprises a stirring barrel (5), and a stirring mechanism comprising a hollow stirring shaft (1) and a plurality of stirring units, a vibrating shaft (16) being provided in the hollow stirring shaft (1). The number of stirring transmission devices is two, and they are installed on the left end of the two hollow stirring shafts (1) respectively. A synchronising gear (12) is installed between the two stirring transmission devices. The number of vibrating transmission devices is two, and they are installed on the right end of the two hollow stirring shafts (1) respectively. The number of stirring driving mechanisms (4) and of vibration driving mechanisms (7) is one or two. The stirrer has a rational structural design, is convenient to use, and can homogenise the concrete in a short time macroscopically and microscopically, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of stirring.</p> |
