PURPOSE: A secondary gas barrier for a liquefied gas storage tank with flexibility and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain flexibility and thermal stability and to improve tensile strength because a urethane elastic body is attached to a reinforcing fiber as an adhesive sheet. CONSTITUTION: A secondary gas barrier for a liquefied gas storage tank with flexibility comprises an aluminum foil(100) and reinforcing members(200). The aluminum foil is processed by polyamide and silane compound after being processed by one of chromate, plasma, and corona. The reinforcing members are attached to both sides of the aluminum foil. In the reinforcing members, an adhesive sheet is attached to one side of a reinforcing fiber.
