PURPOSE: A carbon earth rod and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce resistance difference between the surrounding soil and the carbon earth rod, by ionizing the surrounding soil by ions generated by the contact of electrolytes and moisture on a core bar or a carbon grounding member. CONSTITUTION: A core bar(100) passes through a carbon grounding member(200) in a longitudinal direction of the carbon grounding member. Both sides of the core bar have hollow types. Electrolyte(130) is filled in the core bar. The filed electrolyte contacts with moisture through a path structure. Ions generated by the contact are exhausted out of the carbon grounding member through the path structure. The carbon grounding member includes electrolyte and swollen fiber. |
