<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an angle of rotation of a rotary body to be measured at low cost with high precision while not bringing a measurement sensor in contact. <P>SOLUTION: A spiral marker 2 having a border line of a marker pattern uniquely corresponding to an angle of rotation of a rotary body 1 is installed on the rotary body 1, and photographed by a line sensor 4, and an analysis device 5 measures the angle of rotation of the rotary body 1 from an image picked up by the line sensor 4 based upon an expression for calculating the angle of rotation of the rotary body 1 from the previously found border line position of the marker pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
