<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign object detection sensor installation structure whereby a foreign object detection sensor can be installed at a low cost and stably. <P>SOLUTION: A long foreign object detection sensor 21 receives external force from a foreign object for elastic deformation to detect the foreign object. The sensor 21 has an installation part 31 integrally formed therewith. The installation part 31 is bonded to a bracket 13 fixed to a fixing part 5a for fixing the foreign object detection sensor 21 in a door panel 5, with a double-faced tape 41, and is held between the fixing part 5a and the bracket 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
