<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector assembly capable of floating acceptance terminals of two mating connectors contacting and connecting with a power supply terminal of an intermediate connector at both ends thereof, in the same mode independently from each other even at any angular position in a circumferential direction. <P>SOLUTION: An intermediate connector 10 connects between a first attachment connector 30 and a second attachment connector 50, and includes a straight power supply terminal 21. The first attachment connector and the second attachment connector include a first acceptance terminal 31 and a second acceptance terminal 51 for accepting corresponding end parts of the power supply terminal. One of the first acceptance terminal 31 and the power supply terminal 21, and one of the second acceptance terminal 51 and the power supply terminal 21, respectively, have metal elastic cylindrical members 35 and 37 which allow inclination and radial movement of the power supply terminal at any angular position in a circumferential direction around the axis of the power supply terminal 21 and enable elastic deformation in a radial direction.
