<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component insertion method with which a component can be inserted into a component accommodation part at high speed and with high accuracy in simple structure, and an insertion apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A component insertion method for inserting a component 5 into a component accommodation part 3 provided in a work 2 includes: a first step of aligning a guide member 20 for guiding the component 5 for the component accommodation part 3 with the component accommodation part 3 by inserting a positioning member 30; a second step of fixing the guide member 20 while aligning it in the first step; a third step of disposing the component 5 on a guide surface 21 of the guide member 20; and a fourth step of pressing the component 5 with a pressing member 30 and inserting the component 5 into the component accommodation part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
