<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste with conductive particulates dispersed therein which allows the smoothing of the surface of a coating film, and the formation of a film with excellent appearance and strength and therefore, which can be preferably used to form a backside electrode of a solar battery, and to provide a solar battery cell and a solar battery panel, both arranged by use of the paste with conductive particulates dispersed therein. <P>SOLUTION: The paste with conductive particulates dispersed therein is used to form a backside electrode of a solar battery. The paste comprises: a (meth)acrylic resin; an organic solvent; a fatty amide compound; and conductive particulates. The (meth)acrylic resin contains 5-40 wt.% of segments originating from a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer having a hydrophilic functional group as an ester substituent group. The fatty amide compound is N substituted fatty amide given by the formula (1): [Formula 1].
