<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variation in quenching strain between a material on an upper stage and a material on a lower stage by stabilizing posture of a material to be treated when soaking and cooling the same in a cooling tank, wherein the material to be treated is held on a pedestal in a hung state. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling tank 100 comprises at least a pair of stirring devices 104 a and 104b installed therein for generating downward circulation flows 102a and 102b in a cooling oil 102 at a lowered position of a pallet 80. A hanging jig is equipped with: a comb-like oblong tray 280 that has a plurality of latch grooves 262a formed in the longitudinal direction thereof at regular intervals and supports, at two or more points, an upper part of an inner circumferential edge of an attachment hole Wh of a gear by the latch grooves 262a; and latch parts 270a and 270b that are formed on both ends of the oblong tray 280 and are latched onto a pair of supporting parts vertically arranged on the pallet 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
