<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pressure loss resistance during supply of hot water, in a hot water type floor heating panel using a heat pump as a hot water supply source. <P>SOLUTION: The hot water type floor heating panel 1 has a panel body 2 in a rectangular plate shape. In the panel body 2, two copper-made hot water pipes 6, 7 are disposed for radiating heat of hot water supplied from a heat pump 11, and it is configured such that hot water in a parallel flow can be supplied to the hot water pipes 6, 7.
