摘要 A solar cell rear panel with a six-layer structure comprises a fluoroplastic weatherproof layer (1), a transition layer (2), a first sticking layer (3), a structure reinforcing layer (4), a second sticking layer (5) and a polyolefin layer (6) from top to bottom. The fluoroplastic weatherproof layer (1) is attached to the transition layer (2); the transition layer (2) is stuck to the structure reinforcing layer (4) through the first sticking layer (3); and the structure reinforcing layer (4) is stuck to the polyolefin layer (6) through the second sticking layer (5). The transition layer (2) is a polymer layer containing acrylic acid or esters thereof, or an alloy layer formed by mixing the polymer containing acrylic acid or esters thereof with the fluoroplastic containing vinylidene fluoride groups; and the transition layer (2) has great compatibility with the fluoroplastic, and the sticking strength between the fluoroplastic weatherproof layer (1) and the structure reinforcing layer (4) is greatly increased. The two sticking layers are ethylene copolymer layers containing polar chain segments, and containing no solvent. The polyolefin layer (6) is opposite to the fluoroplastic weatherproof layer (1). The interlayer attaching force of the solar cell rear panel is higher than that of the rear panel stuck with an adhesion agent, and the cost is lower than that of any rear panel using double-sided fluoroplastic, and the solar cell rear panel is of important significance in increasing the reliability and reducing the cost of the solar module.
