PURPOSE: A film for a liquid crystal display panel test, a liquid crystal display panel testing device, and a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal display panel testing device are provided to simplify a manufacturing process of the film for panel testing in which the repeatability becomes more complicated by mixing a source signal and a gate signal, and to reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A film for a liquid crystal panel test(100) comprises a first film(120) and a second film(140). The first film diversifies a first wirings which receives the test signals and the test signals which is received from the first wirings into n(n is a natural number) sets, and forms a second wirings which delivers the diversified test signals to the input lines corresponding to the liquid crystal panel and a third wirings which directly connects the first wirings to one set of the second wirings on a same plane. The second film forms a first pad in one end and a second pad in the other end, forms a fourth wiring which connects the first pad and the second pad, and arranges the fourth wiring in a diagonal shape to be inclined to left or right side from the second pad which corresponds to the first pad. The first wirings, the second wirings, and the third wirings of the first film and the fourth wirings, except for a contact pad, of the second film are covered by an insulator. The first pad of the second film connects to a pad which is formed in a part where the first wiring and the third wiring are welded. The second pad of the second film is comprised to settle the second film on the first film, in order to make the second wirings and the third wirings to contact on a pad which is formed in an end of opposite part where the panel of wirings, other than the directly connected wirings, is connected to.
