<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a DC-DC converter device in which only heat radiation means to a heat dissipation plate is used to cool switching elements, therefore when cooling an arrangement of elements with high calorific values, such as power MOSFETs, to achieve efficient heat radiation, it is required to reduce heat resistance or to have a complicated cooling path in a water-cooling apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In a DC-DC converter device, a plurality of switching elements for controlling a current flowing through voltage conversion inductor elements are fixed to a metal radiator having a higher heat transfer characteristic than a metal case via an insulation material having a heat transmission property, the metal radiator being fixed to the metal case. Complicated heat flow between adjacent switching elements can be decreased, which results in low thermal interference, thereby improving thermal diffusion and further enhancing cooling efficiency in the switching elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
