<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal mold for bus bar molding with which cost required for molding a bus bar can be reduced, and a manufacturing method of a bus bar using the metal mold for bus bar molding. <P>SOLUTION: A metal mold 1 for bus bar molding which molds a bus bar 23, comprises: an upstream-side soluble body part 9 including a pair of conduction members 3, 5 and an upstream soluble body 7 connecting the pair of conduction members 3, 5; a downstream-side soluble body part 15 including a plurality of downstream soluble bodies 13 connecting the pair of conduction members 3, 5 with a plurality of terminal parts 11; and fixing parts 21, 21 which are provided together with the pair of conduction members 3, 5 integrally and include connection hole parts 17, 19. In the metal mold 1 for bus bar molding, the bus bar 23 is molded by disposing an upstream-side metal mold 25 which molds the upstream-side soluble body part 9, a downstream-side metal mold 27 which molds the downstream-side soluble body part 15, and fixing part metal molds 29, 29 which mold the fixing parts 21, 21 at predetermined positions, and the upstream-side metal mold 25, the downstream-side metal mold 27, and the fixing part metal molds 29 can be exchanged in accordance with a desired shape of the bus bar 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
