PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording/reproducing device capable of stably regenerating signals in a DRAW technique.

SOLUTION: The optical recording/reproducing device comprises: a light separation element that separates a light beam emitted from a light source into plural light beams including a recording beam and a reproducing beam; an optical system that focuses the recording beam and the reproducing beam on an identical track on an optical recording medium; a photodetector having a light receiving element that detects a reproducing beam reflected from the optical recording medium and outputs an electrical signal; and a divider 124 that divides signals detected by a light receiving element by a signal which represents a record control component obtained by detecting a part of the light beam output from the light source to thereby generate a reproduction signal.
