<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet, a touch panel, and a display device capable of reducing both a feeling of noise particles and color noise, and significantly improving the visibility of an observation object. <P>SOLUTION: A mesh pattern 20 in which multiple openings 18 having different forms are arranged in planar view is formed by combination of a first conductive part 14a and a second conductive part 14b.
