PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric element, e.g., a sensor or a solar cell that can be made compact without loss of performance, and to provide a method for manufacturing an electric element easily.
SOLUTION: A semiconductor is deposited or fused on a columnar body 2, or the columnar body 2 is coated with a semiconductor 8 in solution or gel. Four insulating wires 6, e.g., yarns joined to a stripe are then wound thereabout. Subsequently, one insulating wire 6 is stripped and copper is deposited to form a copper wire 9. Finally, the insulating wires not adjacent to the copper wire 9 are stripped, and aluminum is deposited to form an aluminum wire 10. The intensity of light irradiating the semiconductor 8 can be known by measuring the resistance between the copper wire 9 and the aluminum wire 10. The diameters and intervals of the copper wire 9 and the aluminum wire 10 can be determined, respectively, by adjusting the thickness of the four insulating wires, and the work of design and simulation is facilitated. Furthermore, a compact photosensor can be obtained using a thin yarn as the insulating wire 6.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
