<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a molding structure, the method capable of manufacturing the molding structure with higher quality. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a base material arrangement process to arrange a trim board 20 to a forming mold 50 in which a mounting boss molding space S2 that has an opening to the outside is formed in the shape to close the opening of mounting boss molding space S2; and a molding forming process that is carried out following the base material arrangement process and by which the mounting boss 30 is formed while being connected with the trim board 20 by injecting the molten resin in the mounting boss molding space S2 from a gate 62 that is provided in the forming mold 50. In the molding forming process, a resin filling confirmation part 35 that can confirm the filling of the molten resin in the mounting boss molding space S2 by flowing of a part of the molten resin to the filling confirmation part molding space S3 formed to the forming mold 50 in the shape to communicate with the mounting boss molding space S2, is integrally formed with the mounting boss 30 as one body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
