<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable inspection device with which whether or not a vehicular charging apparatus installed at each spot is operated normally can be confirmed without using a real vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A portable body 10 includes: a charging connector connection section 11 simulating a vehicle-side charging port; and an electric circuit which is connected with a CPLT signal line when a charging connector is connected to the charging connector connection section, and simulates a vehicle-side charging permission.
